Exhibit space: Booth numbers will be assigned by SABEW staff on a first­‐come, first- served basis. Your booth number and a diagram will be sent to you closer to the conference date.

Shipping information: Your materials can be received no earlier than two days prior to the conference. Please let us know the approximate date of arrival and the carrier. Your materials will be held in a secure location.and can be shipped to CUNY Graduate School of Journalism at 219 W 40th Street, New York, NY 10018

Please note: All exhibitors are responsible for their own return shipping at the conclusion of the event, and should be prepared to arrange for any necessary supplies needed to ship exhibit materials back to your organization.
